48 BC Roman Republic Silver Denarius | C Vibius CF Pansa | Pan/Jupiter

A silver denarius from the Ancient Roman Republic, produced in 48 B.C. The obverse side of the coin features the god Pan, and the reverse features the god Jupiter. The coin has very light wear, a strong, well-centered strike, and light iridescent toning. Measures 17mm in diameter, weighs 3.9g.
